Soltaro All-in-One Solar Battery Storage Solution
Become less reliant on power from the grid with a Soltaro All-in-One Battery Storage System.
Store unused power from your solar panels and use it – when you need it – at night or if there’s a power outage.
The Soltaro is super flexible. It can work with existing solar panels systems as a plug-and-play add-on, or it can be a complete all-in-one solution if you don’t have any solar panels at all!

Aussie-owned, Aussie-designed
Soltaro is an Aussie-owned, Aussie-designed solar battery storage system that’s built to withstand tough Australian conditions. Meeting, and exceeding, all relevant Australian standards it is built to operate within a temperature range of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius.
Launched in 2016, now over 10 megawatt hours of Soltaro batteries have been installed worldwide. It’s literally taking the battery storage world by storm!

Built-in reliability
There are lots of reasons for Soltaro’s success. For one, it uses one of the safest, most reliable battery chemistry available – Lithium Iron Phosphate.
Another reason is that it’s an all-in-one unit with the inverter, battery, charger and battery management system all in the same box. One unit from one manufacturer.
The benefit to you? There’s just one phone number to call in case something goes wrong. And if it does, there’s an Aussie-based tech support person ready to sort things out, delivering top-notch service as part of the Soltaro 10-year product warranty.
Flexible and expandable
Soltaro is extremely flexible. It will work with an existing solar panel system as a retrofit solution – or can be used as a complete All-In-One solution for a home going solar for the first time. What’s more, with the Soltaro you can start small, with 4.5kWh of battery storage (ideal if you have a 3 or 4kW solar system), and add to it as your needs grow.
Faster payback
The Soltaro works harder for you than many other battery systems; that’s why it can deliver a faster payback.
Due to the battery chemistry, the Soltaro can charge and discharge power twice within 24 hours. This means that if you have a peak/off-peak tariff, you can charge the battery using off-peak power (if the solar hasn’t fully charged it), then use power from the battery during peak times instead of buying it from the grid.
Then, being the hard worker that it is, the Soltaro battery will repeat the whole process again, all within the same 24 hours.
For example, if your peak power is costing you 35c per kilowatt hour, and your off-peak is costing you 9c per kilowatt hour, then the difference, i.e. 24c per kilowatt hour is your savings. And if you have 9kWh of storage and you are using it twice a day, your savings are around 18 kilowatt hours x 24c = $4.30 per day.
Greater control
Soltaro puts you in control of your home power usage. From the app, you choose which appliances use power from the battery first. You can also switch on appliances remotely so they draw power from your solar PV system, or from your battery, when you’re not home.
That’s pretty handy if you want to return to a cool house on a 40 degree day!
It’s quiet!

Finally, we know from experience that the last thing homeowners want is a battery that’s making a noisy humming sound. Once again, the Soltaro fits the bill.
No matter whether you get a small 4.5kWh battery, or one that’s two or three times bigger, you’ll hardly be able to hear it due to its noise emission rating of less than 25 decibels.
That’s probably one reason why so many homes in the UK and Europe get their Soltaro All-in-One System installed inside their home, even in the living room!
No ‘ifs and buts’ about it!
So, at the Mallee Sun Bulk Buy, we reckon there’s no ‘ifs and buts’ about it….Soltaro leads the battery pack when it comes to Aussie home solar battery storage.
